Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We encourage choosing the tracking option when making a purchase.  We assume no liability for untrackable packages. However, if problems arise, we always try to solve them!

If an incorrect address is provided in the checkout, I will not be able to issue 'FULL' replacements/refunds, but the order can be reshipped at the buyer's cost. In the case of a package returned to us due to an incomplete or wrong address, we can issue a refund for only the items and not for the shipping.

Replacements or refunds on lost orders can`t be issued for items that have been marked as 'delivered' or are unclaimed due to unpaid customs. If your order was damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with photos of the damage/defect.

In case you provided false address information, we are not responsible for the loss of your purchased goods, unless the items are returned to us; you will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the season! (The packages could be delayed during the holiday season)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Clothing that has been worn
  • Used Stationery Items
  • Made-to-order items such as Mail Club Subscriptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Subscriptions

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. It is not possible to return an item received with a subscription. You can get a refund if your order has not yet been posted; if your order is posted, a refund is not possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
